Meal plan looks like (with estimated calories);
>8 oz Baked Chicken Breast = 400 cal
>2 cups brown rice = 432 cal
>Vegetable Mix = 100 cal
>Protein bar = 200 cal
>Protein Powder w/ water = 130
As you can see I am barely at 1262 cal. I would add more vegetables or fruits and even milk but from where I live those things are kind of expensive and I am trying to stick to a budget. Also, I am lactose intolerant so milk is kind of not on the table.

Anyhow, you should add some more meat, fruits, veggies and ,maybe some greek yougort or cottage cheese for that protein.
Also some oats maybe, but you need more protein.

Meats are not really an option, food is very expensive for where I am at. And for some reason yogurts are not really filling. I havent really thought about the fat at all.
And I think my protein is "alright" no? I am currently consuming like 150g per day at the very least.

How is starting at New Years any different than starting some other time of year?
Everyone has to start some time. I don't see why starting on January 1st is any worse from starting on February 5th or some other random date.
In. I wanted to start back in November but with Christmas coming I ended up spending too much money buying people presents and couldn't afford a membership. Now I can and I'm ready to get in the gym.
