Alright /fit/ggots, I want to lose some stomach blubber so that it doesnt go over my waist when I sit down. Problem is I cant exactly go running, jogging or any of the obvious outside the house stuff.
So what I have been doing to try blast some fat is about 30 situps a day, 10 pushups and 40 squats. I am weak and out of shape. What can I do that would help me without leaving the house?

How many of you have used steroids to get through a plateau? Right now my bench is 285 but what if I do a test only cycle for 12 weeks at 400mg/wk? What if my PCT is phenomenal and I gain strength and size, would I keep it? What if I stop using after my first cycle?
Just work hard and be patient. Steroids are garbage and will do your body absolutely no good. Respect is earned through hard work and dedication, not from over night short cuts that will end up hurting you on the long run. Steroids may seem enticing for there short term benefits, but think about longevity, think about your life 40 years from now, steroids will end up complicating your fitness gains later in your life. If you hit a plateau your body is giving you feedback that it's time to back off and rest.

I still hit my macros (except carbs for some reason) and calories every day, the 150g of protein just comes from protein powder, eggs, greek yoghurt, and then lentils/peas/peanut butter etc

I want to start lifting (SS) but I have extremely weak back muscles. I'm Auschwitz mode and just recovered after straining my back at work, so I don't feel comfortable doing squats, cleans, and deadlifts just yet. What are some gentle exercises I can do to strengthen my back muscles to a point where I can safely do these?

Starting Strength was programmed with extremely weak back muscles in mind. You need to get used to having weight on your back and your back will adjust. Figure out where to actually put the bar for squats, for deadlifts just use as low a weight as you need and really try to figure out the form, cleans ok you can abandon those if you like no one cares.

I'd say about 200 calories for the rice - if it's just boiled. Any oils would increase this.
And probably about the same for half a cup of mashed potato. Butter or milk would again increase this number.

No. Be confident, but not an ass/hole. Be interesting, but don't try to hard to be interesting (or else you'll be fake). Dress neat and practice good hygiene (shower, brush your teeth, don't wear ratty clothing, brush your hair). If you're working out, keep doing so. If you're not, start doing so (and keep doing it)
Hey bros, is it bad if instead of doing leg days in the gym I did cross country training?
The thing is I really enjoy long distance running and I hate leg days in the gym, but I still wanna gain muscle mass on my upper body.
Is it possible to still get gains on my upper body if I'm running cross country a lot (I know I'm gonna have to eat A LOT but is it possible?)
I've seen plenty of big guys running ultras, so it's definitely possible to run long distance and still put on mass. The problem will be that you'll have stick legs and a disproportionately large torso. Running gains don't look like lifting gains.
I've had to do just this. Go gym on a push/pull 4 day split with 2 core exercises added (superseded) on push day and 2 leg exercises on pull days.
I fucking loved squatting, it was my best lift by far (hyooj legs) but I soon realised lifting heavy on legs and running 3 times per week was compatible.
Just doing Deads. But swapped out Squats & Leg Press for Power Cleans and lunges

I was almost in the exact same situation as you are right now. I'm beginning week six tomorrow for the short cut to shred program and I'm loving the results already.
Id say it's a pretty advanced program if you do the cardio acceleration in between each set.
But I just do the work out without the cardio acceleration and its been great.
Thinking of repeating the program with the AC after I'm done.
