What's the best male pattern baldness treatment available? I'm currently 20 years old and my hair is thinning and starting to recede.
no treatment will work quite like self-confidence and generally not giving a shit you're bald. try rogaine, but don't expect wonders, you have to apply that shit twice a day and do kind of look like a faggot if you do it in front of girls.
if you're going bald at 20 you're only going to get more bald, accept it now.
Aspire to be Red Forman or, if you're evil, Clarence Boddicker. It's the best you can hope for.
how do you pronounce DYEL?
It's an acronym - you don't pronounce it.

A chemist I know told me once that counting calories on products is pointless, because of how they are measured and the difference between the efficiency of how they are absorbed between individuals. Today I found an article featuring some of his arguments (and lots more), showing it's even more complicated. The whole point of losing weight relies on the difference between calories intake and outtake, but we can't really measure any of that.
Here's the mentioned article:
And here's how it is determined...

On the surface it's just fine but every body probably does absorb or utilize calories and macro/micro nutrients different as well as have different requirements and needs. I'm by no means a fat activist or accepted at all but as a 30 year old man I know for a fact my body does not use food or calories like it use to and I imagine it's very different for every body.
Try making 2x as much food as you'll eat, burn half of it to determine how many calories it contains, then eat the other half and burn the shit resulting from it to get your efficiency and converting actual calories to useful calories.
Had to hard reset scrappy phone lost all my kinobody stuff, was making good progress on aggressive fat loss, any links to the zip fasting bros
He's pretty legit, most people hate him because he's a good looking rich white guy that dates models, some are creeped out because they remind him of American psycho and think they'll find bodies in his basement eventually.
Regardless, most of his stuff is based on accurate science and proven principals most people know about lifting
You think you know what hate is /fit/?
I thought I knew what hate was.
Until I discovered the YouTube psychosis that is Joeys world.
This is what real fat acceptance is. When you appeal to 44k+ subscribers. Not only reviewing fast food but treating it as if it's something honorable to indulge. Giving kids an obese character to aspire to.
Welcome to fatshame /fit/.
Is 1,000 pound club strong, or baby's first day at the gym?
You go over to the power cage to get some squats in and you see this happening. What do you do?
Any shit that has to do with running/cardio training goes here. We don't have enough running related shit on this board. It is time for that to change.
Pic related, it's me.
On average at what weight squat do legs start to look big?
>roiding for this
>feeling like a king when an asian predator targets you
yall realize there are different levels to roiding right?
jm uses max like 500mgs of test
pro bbers and fitness models use grams of shit
so yeah, have some perspective
but stay natty too, roids is a rabbit hole
My last PT test I scored a 278:
> pushups: 78
> sit-ups: 82
> 2 mile: 14:25
post your scores and workout routines
What should I do to get my run time down? I want to score 300+. Right now I could probably run a 6:45 mile, but I couldnt do that for 2.
Have you guys read the studies that say it's essentially impossible to lose weight and keep it off?
I read these and feel unbelievably discouraged, especially since I once lost nearly 70 pounds and since gained it all back.
Is it bullshit /fit?
You had willpower then lost it.
The great mistake people make is thinking they are ever done "dieting". That you can reach your goal weight then go back to eating how you did to start.
It doesn't work that way.
Have only one cheat day per month. Sticky with your diet until the day it stops being miserable and you feel anxious breaking from it. Also learn basic cooking techniques so it tastes less shit.
Post ur instagram names and we follow eachother, we can have a like a small /fit/ instagram community, pic related is mine
Shredbrah is gonna be our next king
This this push/pull split OK or is it terrible? What would you change? Goal is a happy medium of size and strength. Also Routine General.
Day A (Push):
(1) 5x5 Squats
(2) 3x5 Bench
(3) 3x5 OHP
(4) 3x8-10 Incline BP
(5) 3x10-12 Lateral Raises
(6) 3x10-12 Chest Flies
(1) Deadlift up to 1RM
(2) 3x10 Pullups
(3) 3x8-10 Bent over Rows or Seated Row Machine
(4) 3x12 Curls
(5) 3x12 Rear Delt Raises
(6) 3x12 Face Pulls
personal preference, I don't like doing bench and OHP 3x5 in the same day - I feel the second exercise is compromised from fatigue. So i'd personally alternate bench / OHP 3x5 followed by bench / OHP 3x8-10 each push workout.
also, if you can do 3x10 pullups id start adding weight to stay in the 4-6 rep range.
A=Full Upper body + HIIT (cutting)
B=Full Lower body + HIIT
Total time: 60 minutes
HIIT cardio 10 minutes, 30 second alt.
Lat pulldown 5x5
Seated row 5x5
Cable exercises (push/pull for chest) 5x5
Deadlift 5x5 + every two weeks PR attempt 1x5
Bent-over BB rows OR kneeling DB rows 3x10
Incline DB chest press 5x5 OR 3x10, depends on how I feel.
Lateral raises 5x5
Chest dips 2x8
Combo exercise (BB pendlay rows/overhead press/hammer curls) 1 set == 5 of each....

Thanks. Yeah I was thinking I would alternate. So one day do bench first, next time around do OHP first and so on.
3x10 on the pullups is more of a goal as I can only do like 3x6-7 right now.
