Is SS just a meme? Who the fuck cares about strength and not aesthetics?
I want to look good, not to be able to lift heavy objects.
>Fittest man in the world
It's weird that people think this. I guess they've never watched track and field events or rugby.
What bodyfat percentage is pic related?

Pic related is my goal body. How do I get there?
Confess to the lord himself your sins today /fit/.
I craved sugars so I put some greek yogurt, bananas, and a hershey oreo bar in my protein smoothie after working out.
>not gonna make it boys
did he ever answer how big his fedora collection is, and why he likes them so much?
You know the drill...
When building muscle and bulking, is it more important to meet your calorie goals or your protein goals?
If you meet just the protein, will you still grow?
So since /asp/ won't tell me, can anyone explain why this workout isn't good for weightloss and building your core?
>Machine exercises are inferior to using free weights in almost every situation
How inferior? Isn't easier for a newbie to stick to using machines?
Also, as I understand, most people doing SS or some other meme program have a bad form. Is doing SS the wrong way better than using machines?
Just don't do SS the wrong way, then. It's easier, but also gives diminished results. Machines can be used to good effect, but get a solid understanding of your body with BB and DB lifts first. Start light and git gud.
>Is doing SS the wrong way better than using machines?
Ideally you should go to the gym with someone who knows how to coach people on proper form
Failing that, find a gym that has people that will teach you.
Do I have shit genetics for aestetics?
Hey fit, I just started taking testosterone about 2 months ago and have made some progress with losing weight, about 15 pounds, with simple stuff like jogging, push-ups, squats, but I'm about to get a gym membership and would like some advice for beginner workouts to lose tummy, love handles and thigh fat. Any advice would be appreciated and I'm 6'1 165 if that helps.
How can other breakfasts even compete?
Fuck your FAQ. Why are people bulking? If I'm fat, should I get to normal weight or leave the last few pounds on and build muscle?
No. You SS+GOMAD from the start regardless of what your starting point is. The beauty of this program and diet combination is that over time it will yield the same results regardless of initial bodytype. Sure, skinny people might have it a bit easier but if you're overweight, just do the classic SS along with GOMAD and you will be seeing results in no time. You build muscle as you go, and over time, the fat will burn off, revealing the muscle you've worked hard for.
Seriously. SS + GOMAD.
