I got into fitness just around a year ago and with it my interest in YouTube fitness people. I really have no information on steroid use, so I wanted to know how can I tell if they are roiding. These guys eat crap in videos but look absolutely amazing.. If I know they are roiding maybe take their advice with a grain of salt?

Some people might be genetic freaks but look at any true natty person they are never shredded and big.
If someone has 18"+ arms and are under 10% bf they are likely on gear.

I am currently on a cut from fat mode, 120kg. I weigh 75kg(165lb) at the moment and have around 17% bodyfat. I'm still look pretty fat and disgusting I reckon. My question is, am I skinny fat and should I start bulking, or should I continue cutting to say 65-70kg

I can squat 365 pounds total but I can only bench about 85 pounds. what do I do. Picture not of me.

While you're in a tough situation, you can probably find time for the gym. Even 2x a week full body is better than nothing. I'm in 17 credits of advanced science classes, TA of two courses and work research 15 hours a week. Still exercise 6x a week.
Just wondering mate how'd you land the research gig? I'm in a science program as well over in Ontario Canada amd I'm looking for some thING like that but have no clue where to start. Not many research labs near me except for in my university but I think those might be exclusively for masters and I'm only undergraduate

No muscle tone above the waist. Add some light BB rows to tighten up the back/midsection. 15 pounds of muscle and 15 pounds of fat in the posterior chain region. Glutes>Hamstrings>Quads
Sure add some light db bench press or flys just enough to firm up the pectorals but don't overdo it. I'm a firm believer that skinny arms/shoulders/clavicles are the key to female aesthetics

you're not too old just be sure to have good form and don't put too much weight at first on squat and deadlift.
