>mfw there is a 14 year old kid in the weight room
the cunt is hogging all the equipment, and even though you have to be 18 to workout here, i dont want to be a nark and rat him out to the manager
Do I have wide hips ;-;
Why haven't you learned how to fight yet?
Surely you don't think your 2 plate bench will get you out of trouble or protect your waifu from the bad mens
own a fitbit?
Almost bought one this week, but realized it wouldn't help keep me motivated. Just wanted it for the continuous pulse, but I can take my pulse at any time.
It won't motivate you to keep going. That's all internal. Just spend your $ on protein and protein accessories.
>that guy who yawns in between sets
hey i got some supplements i would like rated
Vitamine D 10uG
and the sperm stack
-vitamine b6 7mg
-powder form (it says i should take 6.5g)
i couldnt find yohimbine hcl or pygeum in any quck store in town. how important are they for the sperm stack ?
how important is selenium? since its not added to the ZMA.
Any other stuff i didnt hear off for sperm gains?
(i just want to test it jeez)
Just don't jerk off for a week or longer if you want an impressive load, don't see the point in spending money on all of that. Though you should take the vit D and zinc for other reasons anyway
/fit/ are you eating your otas? It's like you don't even want to get big.
Anyone got any tips for a skelly?
Im around 5'9 and weigh around 54-56 kgs and I really want to change that and get some weight and muscle.
I have no idea on what foods to eat to gain weight or what workouts to do or what they do.
I really don't want to be skelly anymore
les mills shit < p90shit and similar < crossshit < powerlifting < oly lifting < gymnastics < ?
Also how does one integrate breakdance, yoga, capoeira and other modalities into framework above?
Do you want an actual routine or what?
Yoga, Gymnastics, and Capoeira have a lot of crossover.
Yoga's mobility and dynamic handbalancing build a great framework for gymnastics (and has some movements that go above basic gymastics). Gymnastics provides a great framework for Capoeira (and has some movements that are more advanced than Capoeira, especially with bar involvement which Capoeira doesn't touch). Capoeira can be done without either yoga or gymnastics, but will have a lot of requisite...

What's your New Years Resolution /fit/?
Have you gotten your 5 a day today, /fit/?
Man I get eating healthy I love it but cannot understand why you guys cook food which looks so bland and depressing. Is it really that hard to put a few minutes into seasoning or making a little sauce to go with it? It'll still fit the macros and actually taste good
who here /home alone/ for new years eve?
atleast i managed to do 4 x 72,5kg on bench today. looking forward to 80kg
Hey /fit/, I'm a retard that got drunk and ANGERED and decided to punch a wooden door frame as hard as I could because I needed to smash something but I didn't want to put a hole through the wall.
So it happened close to two weeks ago, knuckles no longer hurt, but area circled in pic hurts whenever I grip and lift stuff. Any pressure on my palm underneath pinky activates pain mode. So I guess no gains for me.
And it's not crazy painful either, just like a 4/10 pushing hard on a bruise kinda pain, uncomfortable enough to stop me from lifting at least.
The most worrying part is how long it's been hurting, anybody have any idea if it's something serious or if just waiting it out will be fine?
TL;DR Got drunk, punched door frame, can't lift, what do?
What kind of exercises would get you such a body?
