How do you guys deal with depression when yoou're on a rest day and have to do uni revision?
On a lifting day, I'd just hit the gym, but when I'm taking a rest day and I have to catch up with work it feels like I'm stuck at home.
I'm kind of tempted toget serious with the meal prep stuff so that I can bring two meals to uni with me to uni. Eat a sandwich at lunch, microwave some chicken/brocolli/rice for tea.
What are you studying?
Yeah I thought about meal prepping too, but I never did it consistently. On the days I spend at uni I usually do intermittent fasting so I don't have to prep that much to eat.

But i just don't have the strength to do it. I started to try walk the planks to build up some strength in those muscles, anything else a good way to get myself to that first pullup?

2. Steady-state cardio is not bad for muscles unless it's truly excessive
3. Girls look good with far less muscle mass than men
4. Stomach definition is literally just low body fat

Stretch before and after every workout. Start light and when you have enough strength you can move on to light deadlift and back squats.

Only one I've used is Alpha Brain. Stuff definitely works. Makes you hyper focused. Makes me uncomfortable around other people though so I only take it alone or when I go play poker.

I took new mood for a bit but that stuff makes me feel like a zombie so I didn't use it too often, and the pills smelled really badly.

How do you guys deal with massive anxiety attacks before or at the gym? I just got back from the dining hall and it was like I was hyper aware of all my movements. Everything I did from eating to simply putting on my coat made me feel slightly retarded, which in turn made me feel more anxious. Do you guys have any tips/tricks for getting over this when they come again?

I stretch based on whether it's push, pull, or leg day. I did P90X years ago and learned a bunch of stretches from that. 5-10 minutes before lifting and 5 minutes after.
I'm amazed nobody else at my gym ever stretches.
