Hey /fit/, I want to buy weightlifting shoes, but I don't know which ones.
I've heard that the Adipowers are very popular and good, but they are a little expensive for my budget.
Looking through Amazon, I found pic related, the adidas Powerlift2, which are a little more unexpensive while still looking good. Are they good for my first weightlifting shoes?
Should I buy them, or are there better deals? Any recommendations or tips when buying weightlifting shows off the internet (i.e. what size to choose, etc)?

That depends on your feet, take a look what size your other shoes are.
powerlift 2.0 heels tend to compress under heavy loads, get the power perfect 2s, they have a higher heel and dont compress at all
for sizing, just get your converse size - worked for me for my power perfects

There is a great well of sadness in me /fit/. I think of my life and the tears well up. Sometimes I walk through the streets and cry. I use to meditate, do nofap and exercise - but strangely enough this made me feel worse than ever. It brought all the shit to the surface. So the past two weeks I have been neglecting everything that has gotten me this far. I keep telling myself I will start over in the new year.
How many of you have slipped out of commitment? How did you get back into it? How do you deal with overwhelming feels? Will I benefit from leaving 4chan for good?

So, my girlfriend wants to join my gym to lose weight, she wants to drop from 89Kg to at least 70Kg.
I will take her to the gym everyday to train with me, and im sure that the exercise routine will work, but im concerned about her diet.
Basically, im on a bulking diet, she would need a cutting diet, and I don´t really know what she should eat.
Could anyone give me some meal examples that she could eat that would be filling and help her lose weight?
Also, I will buy her a thermogenic to speed up her weight loss, any reccomendations on a good one?

well if you start lifting you can reduce the gyno and then later on you can have the real(non fat) gyno removed.
I'm 24 with a dad-bod-in-training. I want to become lean, but all I see are threads for getting huge. Obviously eating less, and better are imperative; but what should my focus be in exercise?
You got fat (if you're not skinny or ripped, you're fat, don't delude yourself, fatty) because you ate too much and didn't move enough. You want the opposite of weight gain to happen. What can you logically deduce to be the solution to your problem?
