What's the best way to get my abs soar? I only recently started going to the gym and I've been able to work out multiple muscle groups that they'll be soar for a day or two after. But no matter what ab exercise I do, I can't get them to really start burning. What are some exercises to break ab muscle fiber most effectively?
Do this sit up I think I made up where you sit on your butt but leaned back, hands behind your head, legs raised and crossed and knees bent

Getting soar abs is dangerous. You see, abs have 6 small muscles (sixpack) and if you get those small muscles even smaller by breaking muscle fibre, your gut might fall out when you caugh or sneeze.

Doesn't matter. What matters is doing your heavy compounds. If you have 6 days a week to spare do PPL I guess.
BCAA content and digestion/absorbtion rare is the most important.
IMO whey + casein mix is the best. You can get milk protein that is whey + casein in the ratio it's naturally found at in milk.

Your body will adjust if you keep eating them regularly. It's like if you never eat vegetables and then you start eating the recommended amount of veggies a day, you'll prob fart like crazy from the increase in fiber.
I'd be more worried about the wicked stomach aches from reading that much fiber

I literally can't bring myself to eat breakfast. I just get sick and vomit all over the place. Fuck breakfast.
So I wake up, go to gym, come back home, shower and fuck around. That's already 4 hours into the day. I have a big juicy meal and pretty much don't eat anything else for the rest of the day.
I drink minimum 2l of water a day.
