Hey guys, i've been lifting for about 6 months and I feel like I've hit a plateau. The guy at gnc recommended this stuff called C4 to take before I work out. Is it any good?
Which one, /fit/?
I got dumped and feel like shit.
It'll get better in a week or two, especially if I steer my energy into working out, but what should I do in the short run?
Booze is excellent but counterproductive in the mid-to-long term.
I fucking hate cardio
What do you guys do for cardio? Any tips&tricks?
How do I get arms like these?
I might have a boring week so I'm gonna need some movies to watch. Preferably movies related to fitness, like lifting, boxing, martial arts, etc.
Also, does anyone know if the 'Ip Man' series is good? It's about the dude who trained Bruce Lee. It is, however, in Cantonese and no offense to any Asians but often Asian film making takes out a lot of the badass-ness.
Ip Man is pretty good, but not everyone will like it. Anyways, I thought 'The Karate Kid' (not that remake with that Jackie Chan) was a very fun and motivating movie, you should check it out if you haven't seen it.
Post what's in your gym bag. I'll start.
Shower Flip Flops
Shaker Cup and Powder
Towel, phone, water.
You faggots take yourself way too serious.
Lift iron and eat well = get strong.
>Inb4 u even shower brah?
I shower at home because I live 2 min away from my gym and have a jacuzzi I like to chill in while chatting up qties on ma phone.
If I'd shower at the gym I'd take a clean set of clothes with me + flip flops.
I don't have a gym bag... I wear my gym clothes to the gym and change when I get home. I notice people giving me strange looks though... It's just so much easier and comfortable to do it at home...
>tfw you've ate a controlled /fit/ approved diet for so long you've forgot what a normie breakfast, dinner and tea tastes like
What do you miss most? For me its crispy pankcakes
Hey /fit/ what'd you guys eat today?
Soylent for breakfast and lunch.
I am making turkey chili tonight
What does /fit/ think about Subway? Is it as healthy as they say?
Clarence has ascended the ascent he previously ascended to.
But why do people not lift in power racks with heavy back squats? Wouldn't losing your balance pretty much kill you if you fall forward? I know it's high bar but it could still happen.
When will they learn?
>pick up heavy weights and put them back down every 2nd day
>extremely unpleasant to do, boring, hurts, stressful, I could be reading or doing something else instead
>do this for days, for WEEKS
>absolutely no change in your physique
>have to spend years doing this tiresome activity to look slightly better
It's not easy to become part of the /fit/ master race.
What the fuck is wrong with me?
I have no motivation left whatsoever, decent muscle mass, 6'2, decent face and so on. Made good progress.
Whenever I look into a mirror, I think I look like shit, arms too small, shoulders too small this too small that too small. Think I'm ugly as fuck.
I have no motivation to lift, I go to the gym and spend 40 minutes lifting while feeling like shit. I have no motivation to even eat, I have not had any food for 2 days. I don't even feel like getting out of bed in the morning.
Feels like everyone is judging...

Same deal desu. Everytime I'm done working out I feel like I didn't do enough and I've hurt myself repeating a workout twice to exhaust myself.
I feel like if I don't exhaust myself I'm doing something wrong, but even when I do I feel like shit.
I look like shit too
