Does anyone know and use the app Freeletics for bodyweight workouts? I just started using it today and like it so far.
One of my friends said that it can get pretty stressful, though, because you're doing the workouts against the clock and you're also competing against other users. That leads to many people not doing the exercises with proper form. But I guess you could also just do the workouts without always checking the time.
i downloaded it and the workouts were nothing i hadn't read in convict conditioning several years ago.
it gave the option of paying (quite a bit) to get more workouts, but i didn't bother.
if you don't know anything about bodyweight exercises then it's ok, or if you want a workout tracked then it's ok.
for bodyweight exercises i think you must be dumb if you need to track it, as you do the same thing over and over and it's not like you need to keep track of what weight you lifted as you would for free-weights.

No. You're going too much and you probably lifted incorrectly. I'm a doctor and I'd say take about a week off. Take pain relievers. Also ice where it hurts every day twice a day for 10 minutes. If it still hurts, go to a doctor.
Is abs everyday just retarded broscience? How often should you train them to get the best results the quickest, is Monday and Thursday good enough?
if you do compounds you are using your core all the time during them so you don't really need to do any additional work for abs. maybe do some hanging leg raises or core compressions when warming up.

For some people Squats and Deadlifts are enough.
Some people need dedicated ab work.
Some people need a lot of dedicated ab work.
If you get to a low bf% and can see your abs, your training is good.
If you can't see them, you probably need to train them more.
But generally, "abs everyday" is a good idea compared to training them only once per week or not at all.

You cannot cheat through a heavy front squat... You have to have a strong core.

So I've realized that alcohol is no longer fun, just brings me into a bad funk after I drink. It also Really fucks up my sleep.
I'm also saving a small fortune by not drinking, but im even more antisocial.
I'm fitter than I've been in years, no smoker, eat right etc. so it can't be that I'm a blubbery hambeast.

I drink as soon as I get home from work/shopping. I don't have the urge to do it, and I force myself to, but I choose to do it. Being drunk is the only time in my day when I don't want to stick my head in an oven or choke some one out.
Every five days I have to go a full 24 hours without drinking though. It's absolutely murder.

Try it again next week. If that fails then go to 2x3 for the max set. When that starts failing then 5 singles. If you can't go back to 1x5 after that find a new program because you outgrew TM
i guess. i think i didn't rebound them correctly, almost doing pause squats. that probably fucked them up. i don't know what percentage based means. mondays are volume day which is ~85% of 5RM weight at 5x5, wednesdays are recovery day which is 85% of monday weight at 3x5 roughly, and on fridays you do a PR at 5 reps for squats, a press exercise and deadlifts.

Went to the good 'ol Walmart pharmacy the other day to start working on something I found recently called the EC stack, which makes me a newbie at this kinda shit
So I look at the catalog the pharmacy has on ephedrine and I see two options. One is Bronkaid and the other is Primatene. So at first I saw that Primatine had 60 capsules, and I was stoked, I was about to buy it, before I looked that it had much less ephedrine per capsule and was 4 bucks more expensive for almost the same amount of Net-ephedrine as bronkaid. So I ended up buying the Bronkaid because it was cheaper. But then it had me wondering... what was the appeal in Primatene?
Basically, I want to know if which one of these tablets is better at getting you your results? Does it matter and should I just get the cheapest one available?
It's totally possible to run the experiment myself, but you can't run into an experiment without some background info and possible previous tests prior to starting.
