is there a fiber supplement that covers or nearly covers 100% daily fiber? im doing keto, have lost 70lbs since June, but im having some serious poopin issues. you go to the store, but even the powders or gummie shit are all like 12% per serving. i was hoping for like 90% or even more than 100% as a guarantee.

Are carbs the real evil?
Sugar, specifically. Not all carbs per se.
Most variations of keto only call for you to eliminate all carbs for just the first month while your body breaks its sugar addiction. After that, you can start adding back in other non-sugar carbs.
Even if you stop doing keto altogether at that point, you'll find sweets to be much less desirable than you remember.

Genetics has a massive influence on age limits. There have been top tier Olympian's who died in their 40s, and people like Churchill who drank and smoke daily live to 90+
That being said, from a TED talk I heard, long term studies show that your genes can change over time pending your habits, meaning the limitations genes place can be overcome.

I am 26 yo and I i am obsessed with my quarter life crisis.
I am not as /r9k/ as I sometimes feel. Had a few relationships and females, have a good paying job and i rate myself depending on my mood between 6 and 7/10. I think I am too old for everything. What sort of training will time under tension actually give you? for instance, in martial arts they get you to stand in pic related for ages, what does it actually do? will it make your legs stronger? i can squat 3pl8 and still find it tricky to do this for more than 1 minute
That's more for flexibility of imagine, but it will also make your legs a bit stronger too I'd imagine. It's an isometric hold so it should do something and will increase your endurance to hold that position. But it's not an excercise in terms of progressive overload or anything like that. Put it this way, if you started from untrained just holding that position wouldn't give you a 3pl8 squat.

Endurance mainly. There is some strength benefit, but it's kind of similar to doing a lot of reps.
Forgot to add something in. After I do my normal sets of squats, I redo my warm up weight and try to do as many 2 minute squats as possible. 45 seconds up and down, and holding at the bottom for 30 seconds. I have noticed my endurance, but it hasn't made me stronger. It also helps with proprioception, and dexterity.

Is planking a good exercise in and of itself, or is it only beneficial for measuring core strength? What is considered a good time anyway? I can hold it for three minutes.
yes, they are great for core stability.
2 min prone plank is adequate as a test.
to train do reps of 10 second holds. front, back and side planks.
stirring the pot is better, though.

How much do you weight? It's not by chance that a female in her early teens holds the record. If you were decently buff, you'd yell after 40 seconds.
