Hey it's my first time here and I'm not 100% sure if this is the place to post this.
Why does it not look like I've lost weight? Around this time last year I weighed in at 180 lbs (my highest weight was ~190 lbs but I never took any pics). That's when I took the pic I'm posting. Now as of this morning I am a little under 155 lbs. But I am the same pant size and the new pics I took look the same to me.
Am I doing something wrong?
You can carry HPV and not even know it, it's the most common STD in the world. Most of the time it's harmless (non-cancer causing strains) but of course no one wants it, it's not even generally a priority for the CDC... Do you have HPV or think you might have HPV? There are so many strains and the science behind the disease are illusive, most strains of HPV clear up after 2 years, but the virus might still be slightly present in the individual... what do you think? You are probably a carrier, get tested for it if you can. Men don't have to worry about getting cancer from it, but women do... HPV really needs to be discussed, men can carry it with no medical problems for themselves, but can give it to females and it can cause cancer. :( Be careful, my friend.

In all seriousness, the burger patties often come up from the grill half cooked, then because they sit in the warmer for around 10-15 minutes before being served on average, they're fully cooked by then.
The grills are designed not to finish the cooking(aside from the grilled chicken), just to kick it off.
We usually have 2-4 trays of cheeseburger meat (10:1, 10 patties to 1 pound of meat) at a time, so we progressively go through them.

Yes. You can generally lose up to 2 pounds a week at a healthy pace.
If you push too hard you'll become miserable, lethargic, and prone to binge eating, so focus on slow and steady loses.
Water weight varies a lot, so don't be too concerned if the numbers seem off from time to time.

A pound of fat is equivalent to about 3500 calories right? So if my tdee were 2000 cals and I ate 5500 calories today, without working out, surely I don't just gain an entire pound of fat right?
Also hypothetically say someone at 20,000 calories in a day, could they just gain 4-5 pounds of fat in one day? Does the body do this?

Belt and sleeves only. Beyond that you've got knee wraps (although most people will call that raw w/wraps) and full squat suits (usually referred to as 'equipped', almost always used with knee wraps)
