are we all gonna make it?
Every day in the gym everyone arround me looks bigger and bigger (Lotta roids in socal) and I look smaller and and weaker. Never going to not be fat
It'll take me another 3 years to even look like I lift at this pace. So, yeah... nope
Is One Punch Meme helping spergs get in shape?
in a way it motivates people who have never worked out to get stronger like Saitama did, I read an article that stated after the first episode viewership of other animes decreased drastically and gym memberships increased in japan, however i highly doubt any of these claims are real
100 squats every day is too high of a volume , I recomend less squats (8-12) with weight or resistance, 100 will increase the risk of knee injury and reduce cartilage causing problems in the future
There's no OPM this week so 80 percent of them probably stopped. The ones that are going to keep working out were probably thinking about it before Saitameme influenced them to do one of the easiest GPP programs I've seen.
Who here genuinely leaving humanity behind ? I've been losing interest in my friends and life. Has lifting made you a lot less interested in just anything in life other than lifting
Anon youre not leaving humanity behind, humanity is slowly leaving you. Please learn from my mistakes. Dont burn bridges with friends for gym time. And definitely dont go into cocoon mode for an entire year of college, miss every party, and lose what little social skills you may have had for small gains that will still never be enough for you. Still hit the gym but dont leave it all behind bro. It sucks 2bh
I'm vegan but I eat meat
/fit, I am doing this routine right now, but instead of doing it like pick related (ABxABxA) I am doing A and B together every day that I workout.
Is there any problem in doing so?
Will I make it?
Is this a physique I could come to acquire through years on training? Be honest Senpia
Why is this the official shoe of the manlets?
How do I obtain this physique?
What does /fit/ think of the Iron gym?
Is it helpful or just a meme?
Please judge me. I was smoking weed for a year every day. That includes McDonalds hot cakes with coffee and gaming every fucking day. Couple weeks ago I said I need to change my life to see change. I'm on a 500 cut calorie deficit. Will I make it?
Now look I quit that smoking bullshit. After 10 years. FUCK YOU. Should I do ss or icf? Any encouragement would help...or critism you fucks.
Hey /fit/ I want to stop being fat as fuck can you give me some tips on what to do to slim down, I'll try to do some cardio tomorrow since my friends have told me that that's a good start, but knowing myself I'll probably barely run at all.
you walk into a gym, this is the only type of pull up bar they have. deal breaker?
you're a fucking autist. you can do close grip or real wide grip.
what kind of pull ups do you want to do, one where you shove your head up your ass? go find another gym if you want to
Females of /fit/ (if there are any) Are you on birth control? If yes, does it affect strength or size gains?
anyone else ever have a kidney stone?
i have multiples. luckily they aren't large. i think the largest is 2.7mm, and had started when i went to urgent care. it's taking a while for them to pass though, it's been two weeks. it can take up to 4.
tell me about your kidney stones. how to prevent them. how badly did yours hurt? etc.
Can someone link a few legit studies on aspartame that show that it's safe in normal doses? I need to BTFO some personal trainer faggot who thinks that diet sodas will spike your insulin and cause cardiovascular disease.
There's papers by the WHO before they got vegan cucked, and by various legit studies recorded over decades that disprove the 'lmao-mosanto' cancer meme argument. The insulin spike one is equally stupid, not only has it been proven not to happen, if it did anyway on a low to normal carb diet you'll just store your glucose from your food the same as you would if you had a sugary drink, you aren't hurting some mysterious process, because long term diets reduce insulin resistance and improve...
