What's the ultimate length for a cut and bulk cycle? Im 6 months into lifting and just started bulking a couple weeks ago, for how long should I bulk so that I can cut once i'm done and then just start eating slightly above maintenance permanently? This way I only do one bulk and one cut, instead of getting stuck on a bulk-cut-bulk cycle.

Just don't drink that much. Invite her over, drink slowly, drink plenty of water during the day/while you're drinking, then do whatever you want. Going out of your comfort zone is great and you should give it a try.

I just wanted to say thanks to all you guys. I was severely depressed since I was a child, was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, and was prescribed a bunch of antidepressants but never stayed on them because of the side effects
Anyway, I started working out 2 years ago and got most of my info from /fit/ and the sticky. Since then my depression has completely gone away and I'm a much better person. Thanks guys. I love you.

3rd party gets discounted 50% when it's two months out from expiring.
GNC brand items get incremental markdowns and it starts at 6 months out. 33%, then 50%, then 75%, and I think we just introduced a 90% last-month markdown just a few days ago.
