How do you season simple rice?
For the past months I've been eating very healthy (chicken, fish, veggies, fruits, no dairy or red meat, lots of water) but I haven't put grains into diet too much, so I want to fix that. Plain rice is unbearable to eat though.
So if you eat at a deficit, you lose weight, eat more gain it. What happens when you eat exactly at maintenance but lift hard and do lots of cardio? Does that make you more "toned" or does your body just stay the same?
lose weight. because you burn calories and eat on maintenance, which means that you burn more than you eat. unless you work out and cover that energy loss from exercise with food. then probably some CNS adaption and fat to muscle conversion

I have Pectus excavatum and don't intend to grow my chest, simply because I don't like exposing my chest, pic related. Should I skip it to focus more on other muscles or will I be unbalanced if I skip chest?
You should aim at training your whole body without skipping x zone and muscle group just because you're not confident enough or whatever.
You can get surgery, or lift so that the problem will be way less noticeable. Also, a big chest is alpha.

keto is generally for cutting while increasing satiety and protein intake
