hees launching a free program on youtube starting jan 4th. his plan is to put on 30 lbs of muscle in 4 months. he will be cycling, he encourages natty lifters to try the plan out too though. hardgainers will benefit from this, maybe not an endomorph like me. i dont need to get any bigger, i need to get leaner. it will be daily videos on youtube of eating and training plans.
Any vegan brahs here? 18, 172cm, 77kg, 16% bf. I've been seriously considering becoming vegan but I'm worried I'll lose my gains. How do you go about things?
For the supposed "health" benefits you get, have fun trying to substitute all your regular foods. Gonna eat tofu and pea powder for your protein?
If it isn't a problem and you got the time and money to waste on it, by all means go ahead - it won't impact your gains, but it's going to be a shit to try to keep. I've (reluctantly) tried myself.
I'm a fucking loser. I signed up to 3 different gyms in the course of my life, went for about 2-3 workouts each time, and quit.

Hey guys here's the situation, I'm a skinnyfat 18 year old who hasn't touched weights in a yearI have at my disposal a barbell plates & a rack, I'm about 5'10 160lb 18% bf probably, I'm wondering if I should start bulking to like 200 or If I should cut first, also what routine I should do, my rack has like a pull up bar and shit and my plates have handles, so I'm thinking a modified starting strength? I also have shitty posture & my shoulders are rolled forward heaps...

it makes it feel like the stickiness is under my skin and its driving me fucking insane

Stop drinking beer, ever. I hear people say vodka is good, personally I drink rum and diet coke. Don't go out to bars, drink at home because at the bar you're likely going to eat the terrible food.
You're probably better off if you stop it altogether, because it will kill your motivation and lead to some stupid setbacks. Coming from personal experience here, because I know it's not your goal to quit and I've had to work around this for myself as well.

At what point do I start really harming my liver and organs when drinking alcohol?
Yesterday I drank half a bottle of Old Parr with red bull and drank a fuckton of beers.
Today I'm drinking 3 german beers, roughly 80ml of alcohol.
I'm 21, went from not drinking at all at 20 to binge drinking twice a month at 21.
I try eating fruits everyday and I take milk thistle pills everyday.
so you're concerned that you -- at the age of 21 -- are scarring your liver because you drank heavily 1 day, and then the following day you drank 3 beers.
if that's all it takes to scar your liver every 18 year old in the world would be in liver failure.

Ahen i turned 21 i drank pretty much every day for a year. Ended up getting my 9/10gf pregnant. Quit drinking immediately, went from 190lbs to 155lbs skelly mode, working my ass off at a gas station to provide for her.
She realized since shes a 9/10 she can easily get a good looking guy that makes twice as much as i do. She left me, made her fb private and i havent heard...
