anyway so I am a female, 5'6'', and I went down from 150lbs (I know) to 110lbs in nine months or so. I did this mostly from diet alone, crash dieting by eating c. 600 kcals a day.
I started jogging a bit but really I haven't exercised at all in my life.
So I'm thin now, but toneless and tfw that bart simpson physique, skinny with chubby belly.

No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.

Anyone else think maseratilabs is possibly underdosed? I'm now on supposedly 1000mg/day of his gear and not having nearly the side effects I would have expected.

One of the main reasons novice lifters get stuck on plateaus and can't progress, even though their numbers are low, is not resting enough between sets (besides trying to add too much weight to the bar and not eating enough, of course, but that's an issue for another thread).
