So what's everyone's nutrition like this Christmas? Got any traditional food?
I'm planning to eat whatever and over indulge today and tomorrow, then fast the following day with cardio. Would that fix the overeating?
Over Christmas my family makes godtier food.
Got myself a joint of beef to roast, gonna roast potatoes in the beef dripping, mashed swede, cabbage, carrots, peas.
Nice homemade gravy and plenty of Yorkshire puddings.
Grandparents are bringing over a turkey crown as well, because the idea of beef on christmas is blasphemous.
Been brining a brisket to make pastrami for the last couple weeks. Going to bring it to where I'm going on Christmas and and put it on the smoker along with a turkey. Gonna scarf all that meat and load up on vegetables, skip the bread and potatoes, and go easy on the sweets.

I've had knee problems in the past and the therapist said its because I externally rotate my knees too much when doing exercises like deadlifts and squats. I guess I taught myself never to cave in so I always went out. Do these looks decent? Like do my knees look like they are in a decent position?
Update: My therapist sent me an email after i showed him the videos and I think he has similar things to you guys. Can someone deciper what this means?

He's right about the knees. Your ankles are collapsing while your knees are pushing out. Try 'screwing' your feet into the floor to externally rotate at the hips instead of putting varus stress on your knees. Some glute activation might be good. Look up some of the squat vids Chris duffin put on youtube, he explains hese things well.
The towel roll or foam pad is bullshit, keeping elbows away from sides and hands wider is as well. If youre having shoulder issues he should tell you what kind of mobility or strength you're lacking. If he can't: find another therapist.

6'0, 295 pounds. Core/back/non-leg muscles have atrophied. Cardio endurance is non-existent. Shit posture.
I've been maintaining a caloric deficit easily enough, surprisingly, but have been hesitant to start exercise. At the risk of sounding like I'm making excuses, I'm worried about injury.
Any general advice or things I should steer clear of? Pic related.
be aware impact cardio is going to be hard on your knees. Recommend rowing, elliptical, swimming etc.
Be aware your motivation will drop. The trick is to force yourself to workout even when you don't want to. There are NO excuses. None.

Is McDonalds unhealthy? I'm losing weight and I've totally given up on eating a "healthy" diet, it's too time consuming, expensive and restrictive. I just eat whatever and control the portion size, I've lost 10 kg so far. However some say I will die early due to eating a quarter pounder meal twice a week. I will die at 50. Is this true? Yes, mcdonalds is unhealthy. It is not very nutritious and it makes your body less resistable to diseases and cansur. But if you want to yolo then eat whatever you want and get 20 different meds when reaching 40. Merry christmas

Whenever I see a fatty jogging, I feel extremely proud of them. Also, a few times that I went out to jog I'd hear random honks, usually from guys but it kinda made me feel motivated.
