So my boss just voluntold me to lead PT for our entire fucking squadron tomorrow morning. I need to have a workout plan made up by tonight and I have no fucking idea what I'm going to have 80 people do.
We don't have access to enough weights for me to make a lifting circuit, everything has to be body weight exercises. We do have access to an indoor track.
Also we only PT for about 45 minutes. Any help /fit/?
Do p90x style 1 minute intervals. Bodyweight squats, pushups, crunches, planks, side planks. Then make them run. Then make them do the bodyweight routine again. When they slow down or sag whisper "faggot" gently in their ear to motivate them

I've had knee problems in the past and the therapist said its because I externally rotate my knees too much when doing exercises like deadlifts and squats. I guess I taught myself never to cave in so I always went out. Do these looks decent? Like do my knees look like they are in a decent position?
your feet are too close together. you probably aren't sitting between your hips, opening them and using them for more of the rom
this is likely placing undue stress on your knee because they travel through too large and/or severe a rom during the lift

I just benched 1pl8 for 5x5 for the first time today. Needed spotter help on the last 2 reps but otherwise it went well. I'm fucking thrilled, because I started off in August struggling with the goddamn bar. Never imagined i would make it this far before 2016
