The gains that got away still haunt me to this day
I wake up sweating, panting, fretting
Remembering waking up at a friend's cottage after an evening of energy expending.
His dad was making breakfast and asked, "what will you be having?”
“ An omlette like me, or just toasted carb/jam bread things?"
“An omlette! I exclaimed” dreaming of the gains I’d be getting
But my expectations fell as soon as I heard his lips trembling
“would you like one egg or two?”
Im sitting schocked- what do?

Does anybody here has used or know where to find the greek god program? desu Greg's body is my goal but I'm not sure paying 47 dollaridos for a workout routine is good deal.
As far as I know it doesn't involve squats or conventional deadlifts, just sumo and it is done 3 times a week with reverse pyramid training.
I'm currently doing that routine, it's p good but i threw in calf-raises and some ab work. Started a month ago and it works pretty good.
I used to have a download link for the pdf but here's a screenshot of the actual routine in the book.
