If you are struggling with calories then eat loads of cherry/plum tomatoes, a full 325g carton is 50 calories, sweet and filling :)

I'm not out of shape. Been hitting the gym hard for the past month, dropped from a mid 20% body fat to 17% and am beginning to develop muscle definition.. nothing major at all, but I'm getting stronger.. bench press went from just 90lbs at 15 reps to 130lbs+ for an easy 20 reps..
But I cant do a pullup. I can't get myself up to the bar, let alone even commit the exercise.
Why? I'm 6'2" 187lbs fluctuating from 190lbs to 186 depending on water weight..
