The first time I ever tried to do dips, I felt a stabbing pain in that exact same spot, the right side of the sternum. Next time I did dips, same thing. I decided dips weren't for me and never did them again. I figure it's some kind of structural flaw which causes this pain.

Currently 6'1", 245. Lifetime max 325 (8th grade lol). Always been a moderate to sever fatass, I lost some weight later in HS but Freshman year of college I got up to 290 then started seeing an endocrinologist, and lost a shit ton, got down to about 220 and looked fucking great. Could not keep the pussy off me. Then through and after college, slowly got back up to about 260, hung around there for years. Sometimes I'd work out and give a shit, other times not.

It was almost super human when I lost all the weight the first time, i don't know how to get myself back into that head space.
I look at the motivation threads, but it's just half naked girls and fat people. Not the kind of thing that gets me to go to them gym after work when I could just get high, order takeout, and play video games instead.
Day two: been busy af. Starting to get cravings again between projects.
Meditate everyday as well as journaling.
Lifting and Cardio also helps. Cold showers are a godsend as well. The key is just to be productive and have an outlet, whatever you chose that to be.
