Coming off of a short 6 month bulk, but I am planning to be real lean for summer 2016.
Cutting then going to maintain around 8-10% til next winter.
I'm living with someone who always has to have the upper hand. He's tall, handsome, brings back a new girl every week, superficially charming, and supremely confident. I'm an introvert and I feel like he's trying to control me (puts his hand on me when talking, makes subtle jabs, doesn't listen to my stories). He hasn't done anything wrong but I feel like he's always trying to dominate any conversation. How to deal with these kinds of people?

This is a barbell at the gym I'm at. Its filthy as fuck and what's weird is, I took the weights off of one side and the barbell flipped over and cracked a mirror on the wall. Every gym I've ever been at doesn't have weights fall off when you take one side off. Wtf is this shit?
its called an unbalanced bar, when you take weights off one side and not the other, the other becomes heavy causing it to be pulled down by gravity, this causes it to flip and crack the mirror. its probably never happened to you before because you have been moving baby weight that doesn’t have enough mass to be dragged down.
Stop breaking equipment and learn basic 3rd grade science.
How to lower obesity.

Me and a group of my buddies have started naked weight training after hours at our hometown gym.
Nothing gay just unencumbered lifting.
The guys are calling it nakercise
I have to say I was skeptical at first but really it has brought my self esteem way way up.
Getting a spot on the bench is really the only awkward moment.
I think this is how it was meant to be done.

I leave all my shit on an empty bench (Water, wallet, cellphone, etc.), and when someone asks if i'm using it, i say yes.
Can I get a better physique with only bodyweight and cardio? I'm 28, 5'11 and like 170lbs, which is above average weight for my height but I think I look skinny as shit above the waist. Any specific programs I should be looking at? I've tried going to the gym but the whole gymbro atmosphere is intimidating and discouraging as fuck. I think I can be much more consistent if I could do all of my workouts from home. Getting stronger isn't even necessarily my goal, I just want to look better. Basically just want to be ottermode. I'd you don't have the determination to do weights at the gym, no way you can do any meaningful bodyweight exercises. If you don't like your gym, find a new one, but more than likely you never went to one for more than 10 minutes and are saying that as an excuse to be lazy, because gyms are only "gymbro" in movies and tv shows
Actually I've tried going to lots of different gyms in the last 10 years. College gym, big national chain gym, a more niche weightlifting gym. They all sucked.
I just feel like absolute shit working out in a place where I'm literally the weakest person there. It's fucking humiliating. That's the reason why I always stopped going after a few weeks every time.
I would have much more motivation to work out if there was some routine I could do in the privacy of my home.
