I really like developing hand/grip strength through rock climbing but I can't afford the gym near me and I can't attach anything to my walls.
I have a power rack bolted into the cement of my garage but the pullup bar doesn't work fingers and grip nearly as much as rock climbing. Any ideas of stuff I could build or do?

Plastic surgeons/dermatologists have treatments (laser, etc) which can treat it. I've been researching it and thinking about doing it. Probably will when I get some time down the road. Check youtube for some more details/vids. Apparently pretty common procedures now.

I have huge bags due to genetics, similar to yours but a lot darker, makes me look like a junkie if I don't wear concealer.
Definitely gonna consider surgery in a few years after I graduate, for the mean time i recommend you use some concealer like i'm doing, just get one that is a shade lighter than your skintone so that it blends better.
I'm currently a 5' 9" manlet whose focus is on bodybuilding, but I want to get super strong. I'd really enjoy strongman, but was wondering if there'd be any chance for a guy as short as me. Can guys this fucking short get super strong, especially with strongman lifts?
Successful strongmen are often pretty tall, but there are examples of short ones. Vytautas Lalas, for example, is 5'10 and he had some success. Even got 2nd at worlds strongest man 2012.
There are weight classes in strongman too. I seriously doubt that your length is your main genetic obstacle on the road to winning wsm.
Signed up at the local civic center today for 20 bucks a month which aint bad but holy shit the equipment is terrible. I'm in tennessee And my options are extremely limited. The gym is a really small square with brolen equipment and packed. And its a 1 year contract. Or I can sign up at a planet fitness without a contract for 10 bucks a month plus a 39 dollar annual service fee but I can cancel at any time. However, no barbells. Help me out guys.. What should I do?
I've always had a big and flappy ass. My body is relatively lean but my ass is disproportional big and fat.
I'm not sure if this comes from sitting down most of the day (job is on computer), or maybe low test.
It also looks worse with my minor anterior pelvic tilt.
I've wanted to lift again but I am concerned that if I gain weight for muscle that my ass will get worse.
If I squat will my ass get leaner and tighter? Or will it just grow? Will cardio help?
Anyone ever deal with this problem? Any tips will be greatly appreciated....

Hey guys. I'm suffering from cystic acne on my cheeks and jaw and I'm almost certain it's from weight lifting.
I've tried over the counter treatments. Nothing. I've tried home remedies like apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and baking soda. Nothing. So the what I'm trying now is changing my diet. I eat clean and drank a gallon of water a day but I've cut out dairy and whey. I see a little difference but it may just be a placebo effect.
I dont know what to do. I can't afford accutane or the generic stuff. I really don't...

If its due to lifting then it could be due to change in your diet that benefits your lifting lifestyle, whey protein can cause acne for example. It may be a hygiene issue and maybe you should just wash your face with cold water after the gym.
And here's my current diet
Breakfast: granola, raw oats, whole eggs and egg whites, turkey bacon, egg white protein shake blended with banana
Lunch: tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread and light mayo, Apple with PB
Dinner: grilled chicken breast with bag of steamable veggies

I fucking love tuna. I could happily eat 4-5 cans of it a day, forever. Instead I eat around 6-7 cans a week because i'm concerned about mercury poisoning.
