After squatz, I've gotten a slight pain, almost strain on my left side, somewhere inbetween my hip and inside portion of my upper thigh. Only feel it when I walk.
I can't tell if I'm not stretching enough, If I'm squatting wrong and straining a muscle,or if I'm fucking up my joints. It doesn't feel like the same kind of muscle soreness I get in my hamstrings, glutes and quads.
Id make sure to stretch your hips thoroughly before squatting, One of the most important things you can do, and something I neglected for far too long which resulted in me getting snapping hip syndrome and not utilising my hamstrings well

The most common plates in the gym are the 45lbs, which are made by taking the real plates and carving out some of the metal (this is why one of their faces are not completely flat)
It's basically an ego boost, because people can't be sure if you're using the cheater plates or the real ones

Dude in all honestly i wouldnt recommend it. Girls just wanna workout in peace. If the only thing you have going for you is the gym thats fine but use it elsewhere. Like make a tinder profile and emphasize heavily that you lift and a potential match must be into fitness as well. Something along those lines. Plus include opics of you lifting and looking stronk for effect.
