I was doing dumbbell chest presses and the free weight area was completely empty as it normally is when I go to the gym.
I'm about 3 sets into my routine and this stupid lady that for some reason has a tendency to do the same exercises that i'm doing while at the gym decides that of all the benches she is going to choose the one right next to me.
she picks up 80 pound dumbbells and starts to try and do bicep curls standing up. Keep in mind that she is right next to me holding 80 pounds of weight and her arms...

Well, there's a ton of routines you can check out on google. You're a noob, but eventually you should come up with a routine of yourself that takes in consideration how often your can lift, what are your weaknesses, and etc...

There's two people I work closely with at my job. One is skinny and weak and the other is in good shape, don't know his numbers exactly but he looks strong and pretty lean. Anyways weak guy started going with strong guy to the gym, but strong guy has him doing all kinds of bullshit. Yesterday they told me they did deadlifts for 3x11. They also go 5 days a week on some gay brosplit.
I told weak guy that he's not going to see the kind of gains he wants by hitting a body part one day a week, and that the best strategy for beginners is to do a full body 3...

How often and how much alcohol do you drink?
I stopped drinking 10 weeks ago because I'm a fat and developed a fatty liver. Anyways, I've lost 30 pounds so far since I've quit drinking by simply counting calories and my liver enzymes are finally dropping back to normal. I miss drinking and feel like drinking tonight or maybe tomorrow. I want to continue my weight loss and keep my liver healthy, would it be fine to binge drink once a week or two as long as I stay under 2k calories? Being sober just makes me want to kill myself ...
Weed is too expensive. I live in a small rural town, don't know anybody here and my only friend, whom can get me some weed, lives 40 miles away. I'd have to drive 80 miles round trip to buy weed and I wouldn't drive that far for less than an ounce. And I'm paranoid about driving with that much on me.

My uni gym just sold its squat rack to replace it with two leg press machines. Are my gains gone?
mfw my uni opened up new big crosshit gym while the normal uni gym is cramped, old, with old equipment.
Is squatting in the Smith machine really that bad? I have a lot of trouble with form no matter how light weight I go and I get a lot of knee and back pain (old back injury) and the Smith machine helps me out tremendously. Seems like a perfectly good alternative to the traditional back squat. Yeah it's not quite as good because of stabilizers and whatnot but it can't be as bad as /fit/ makes it out to be.

My gym only has smith machines due to people stealing the barbells and benches, so now I'm stuck with squatting on a smith machine.
It's about 5 tokens for 30 minutes, plus another 4 tokens for my plates. I'm down 9 tokens and I only get about 2 to 3 sets before it shuts down and I have to put in another 5 tokens.
Is there any alternative? I'm trying to save up as many tokens as possible.
