I'm a 19 year old dude, 6 foot and 164 or so pounds but you wouldn't guess it from my womanly lower torso.
Over the past three years I have dropped 50 or so pounds through diet modification, cardio and lifting. I'm still doing it, though not to an incredible degree. I don't want to get ripped, just drop some pounds from around the waist. It's stubborn fat.
What's the best way to go about this?

There is no spot-reduction of fat, unless you throw some cash down for liposuction.
Work your obliques, it will make your sides bigger.
What's the least faggiest abdominal exercise to do at the gym to strengthen the core for your lifts?
Leg raises are gay as fuck and who the fuck would do crunches (also crunches seem pretty ineffective) at the gym?
Should I just do some crunches and other shit with some small weights at home or is there any proper GOAT abdominal exercise that I could do at the gym with extra weights?

My experience: I used to skip sessions left and right but ever since dropping acid 6 months ago I haven't missed one lifting session.
LSD let me see the importance of lifting and having respect for my own body. I plan on dropping again to gain more insights.
I've been dropping acid fairly often over the past few months and I notice no hangovers whatsoever. Also, I can eat just fine meaning I don't miss my calories. I'd say it's the least demanding psychedelic so fine to take after lifting as well. Have fun dude!
This, savve it for a few times a year, anything that messes with your doapmine production should be layed off while things restore to normal, Evven too much pot can really mess up your dopamine production after a while. (not trolling, I drop and smoke)

Right now, I work them on my push day. The only direct tricep movement I have though, is a close grip bench press. From what I gather, that isn't enough though. Right now, I'm trying to grow 'em as big as possible.

I mainly use hot water but when I'm done washing myself, I gradually switch it to cold water. Until it's 100% fucking cold water. I'm able to tolerate the cold water by closing my eyes while thinking I'm not in my shower, but actually at a water park.
