is there a point to getting /fit/ if youre a social retard?

Grow up, /fit/.
>Implying Clarclar isn't the king of /fit/
Let's post our home country and see if we find a gym buddy.
I'm from Iasi, Romania.
I've lost 10Kgs the last 3 weeks, eating only McDonalds food.
I eat 1 big Big Mac menu per day, and that's it. The rest of the day i drink water and have a banana.
Proving that the only thing that matters is calories in vs calories out,
check mate Vegans
It's a bit shit the first 3 days, but your body gets used to it really quickly.
Sometimes you could even just hit a double Big Mac menu, you'd still only be eating around 1500 calories per day. Which is very good for a cut
Is Jonnie Candito Linear Program any good, /fit/? worth trying?
I've heard a lot of good things about it. My bench actually declined when doing it, but my bench is fucking atrocious so I don't know if I can hold that against it. Sure didn't work for my bench though. When I think back I think that maybe it's a mistake to do more spoto press reps than actual bench presses when you don't have your technique down.
I saw good results from it. DL shot up from 280 to 365. Could be the program but could be me being relatively new and the program forces you to DL, squat, and bench pretty regularly so it may have just fixed some form issues or made me more comfortable with the movements. It's a good, simple, easy program, try it out. What's the harm?
Long hair guys thread.
How long is your hair, /fit/?
i cut my hair because im not a filthy hippie, who actually lifts.
New lifter, what do you thinkof this routine? 3x5 except deadlift
Flat bench press
Incline bench press
Is this balanced? A/B few first weeks 3x
Hey /fit/, I came across these "motivational' images on Facebook.
>she is not oppressed because she was forced to cover her head from a young age
>she is oppressed because you tell her she's oppressed
>literally woman logic
>implying this was ever an issue
How do I deal with constipation due to eating 6 bananas per day? It's getting really painful as I haven't been able to take a shit since Tuesday.
Ive come to accept that with my full time college life (15+ credits of STEM major) and part time work (15-20h a week) I can't afford to CONSISTENTLY go to the gym 3x a week for ~1h to lift throughout my hectic quarter.
I was thinking of getting these bowflex dumbbells that have adjustable weights up to 52.5 lb. One concern is that I won't have a flat bench to do exercises like pectoral flies, chest press....and im wondering if that would be a problem? I will probably just use my floor, as a solid surface to lie down on
My current routine would look like this at home every other day (3.5x a week), and work the full body
Bent Dumbbell row (Back) x 10 ... 3 sets per arm
Dumbbell squats (Legs) x 12.... 3 sets
Dumbbell Bench Press (Chest/triceps) x 10..... 3 sets
Calf Raises with one leg (Calves) x 20….. 3 sets per leg
Planks x 60s-120s (Abs)…. 3 sets
Farmers walk 45s-1:30 (Forearms + Upper back)….. 3 sets
Dumbbell Stepping Lunge (Legs)…. 3 sets
Bicep curls x 10 (Biceps)….. 3 sets
Does this routine look good, and how will I be able to get the full motion of Pectoral fly/ bench press without a flat bench?
You won't be able to do the dumbbell bench press without a bench. If you do it on the floor your arms won't be able to extend back as far as they should. If you can't get a bench, your best bet is to makeshift one with a chair or two, and have it so your arms can fully go back.
Don't do farmer walks with that low amount of weight, it's pointless.
>that guy who brings his wife's son to the gym
>tfw wfe's son outbenches you
i mean he is black so its nothing unusual but it makes me feel weak especially when he talks about it in front of his mom
How ya holdin' up /fit/?
>people are browsing /fit/ right now haven't read the sticky
You really, really should just go and read it guys. I covers most of the retarded questions asked on here.
Also, I vaguely remember Harsh's worksheet being HEAVILY edited at one point which is when the main sticky was changed back to the original. Looking through the History now, was it Brotein that majorly fucked it up or someone else?
It's the worst thing that can happen to your gains.
