Took a look at myself in the mirror while sitting and I realized that I look like the fucking Michelin man, or an overweight, albino walrus. I'm 6'1 and weigh 143 lbs.
I got a gym membership at Planet Fitness and the sticky's workout guide intimidates the shit out of me, mostly because I feel like I'd make an ass out of myself trying any of the exercises out.
Any advice? Or can someone just berate me into getting off my ass and making some actual gains.

Is training upperbody 3 times a week with a two day break in between workouts overtraining? My friend is doing this and I'm trying to tell him he is hurting his gains. Or am I in the wrong?

Didn't see one in the catalog. I eat way below my TDEE (1000 cals) but Im not losing any weight. I do have pretty poor nutrition, but from what everyone on here says, it's all about calories in, calories out. What's going on?
Do i count the bar weight?
is the picture 90lbs, or 90lbs + the bar?
Hey /fit/, Anyone have any solutions that can get rid of acne scars? I used to have horrible acne and I was an idiot for popping them and now my have has ice pick scarring. This really affects my self confidence and any help would be appreciated.
literally no over-the-counter product will fade them. You have two options:
>wait for years and hope they fade away
>get laser treatments to heal them
Realistically, especially if you have deep scars like the ones in the pic, only lasers will fade them. Don't buy into the hype of "omg I put a plumb, a pear, and a oatmeal packet up my ass and my acne scars went away!" Save up and get the lasers
tl;dr I just got put on house arrest so no more gym. No funds for a home gym, so I'm limited to my bodyweight.
Can anyone link me to some articles/programs that would be beneficial for me? I'm not interested in that gymnastic ring shit I see on most calisthenic threads here, I just need exercises that will help me put on muscle. Also, I'm planning on training full body 5 or 6 times a week to try and compensate for the weights I've lost. Good idea?
