So how bad are saturated fats? The sticky is very vague about this.
I ask because It's hard to get enough non-saturated fats a day without hitting 20g of sat fat, so is this healthy in the long run? Is there a difference between people who work out/bulking and sedentary schmucks?

Stop caring about things such as manliness. Stop trying to imitate it, define it.
There are some meds that promise improved hair growth, I wouldn't trust those though. Masculine features are realistically impossible without surgery.

you should always be doing cardio whether you are bulking cutting or maintaining. Just factor it into your calorie count.
Benefits are better heart. You will have more stamina for shit and it works out your body in ways lifting doesnt. You dont have to go overboard with it and run a half marathon everyday, but even 1 mile 3 times a week is better than nothing.
