Generally the same way you build strength. Usually strength and power (aka speed) go together. If you need to specfically build power, plyometrics is a good way to do it. Though plyo exercises tend to refer to jumping exercises, you can apply the principle to other exercises. A common exercise that is a plyo exercise is the clapping push up.
How to best gather courage to kill self?
Squatting full depth is a struggle for me. I've read some stuff online and checked out some videos.
I've recently picked up SS the novice program and read through it, but I'm really struggling to achieve good squat depth I feel. I should mention I am fat, would this just get better overtime as I continue to squat or is there any particular stretches you recommend to help improve it?

Also a good start to weight loss is to do low-intensity cardio for 30+ mins upward. the body starts burning fat instead of carbs around 30 minutes of doing cardio. Couple this with eating slightly below maintenance and you should be fine

Does massages help with muscle growth? I try to go once a month, sometimes Thai, sometimes Chinese acupressure.
If anything they stretch the fuck out of places you can't do alone. And acupressure helps with aches.

How do you increase your bench? What's the right method/programming/approach to increase your bench?
All I do is I do warm-up set of like 10-12 reps of lmao1plate
And then I do 5x5 of my working weight (85kg)
But my bench isn't going up.

Whenever I do OHP, I get dizzy and I end up feeling exhausted and not wanting to lift anymore. This also happens sometimes during squats, and my vision gets slightly blurry.
I've been thinking that this is because I've previously been a nerd who didn't do any sports or physical exercise in a while so my heart is weak as fuck.
Would it be worth it to pick up running or do some sort of cardio for a while, even though this will probably limit the gains?

Right after i opened the package i noticed strong rubber smell wich i think is an indicator for lots of plasticizers in the material. I work out a lot and i eat between 1500 and 2000kcal. Three days ago i ate so much in total 3000kcal in one day. I was afraid to gain fat or weight but nothing happened, i still look good/the same. Does it take a while to gain the extra weight or fat or was i luck and i don`t have to worry if 3 days already went by. How come those 1000 extra kcal did not make me gain weight?
