How to put on muscle mass and lose tummy fat at the same time? Is this possible?

I've used mass gainer in the past but I'm still trying to have nice abs and obliques, is this only achieved by cutting? I'm not in any position to cut right now.
I'm trying to form a low card diet to start lifting weights on.
I'm interested in losing body fat (currently at about 25%/Skinny fat mode) but need to get my lifts up. Also because of various health reasons I want to lessen my carb intake.
I looked into Keto and it looks insane. 60% of your daily intake is fat and you can't eat fruits or oats. Are there any smart low carb diets that are good for bodybuilding?

Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.

Starting my first cycle today family after months of having DNP stored away. Starting weight 214.8lb at 188cm
supplements are NAC, taurine, vit c, vit e, krill oil, magnesium, EC, melatonin, RLA, got v8 cans, calcium pyruvate, potassium, and preloaded on an antihistamine

have 50 300mg caps, running two two week cycles. 4 caps first 4 days and then 600mg ideally if all goes well. Then two weeks off and two weeks on again same thing. Should leave me with 2 caps by the end of it

First cycle, did a week of 250 mg, literally no side effects, so I'm now 6 days in on 500 mg a day, and the only side effect I'm getting is I wake up once or twice a night for seemingly no reason.
Is my stuff under dosed? I've lost 14 pounds in the last two weeks but no side effects makes me want to keep bumping the dose since I can handle this so well.

When I squat I feel my hip flexors activating too much,I also I cant manage to use my glutes and hamstrings as much as I use my quads and hip flexors

Shouldn't you be using some really low % of your 1RM for that kinda volume? I never found any calculator for that anywhere, plesae halp!
Read about Nubret's routine once. Take a weight you can press for 20 reps, but only do 10-12 reps. Cut your rest time down to 30 secs between sets.
Doubt this is effective for mass without roid assistance, but it should get you a good pump.
Actually, high load doesn't increase your chances at hypertrophy at all. Volume does. There are dozens of studies about this.

Exercises for the middle of the day - 5 minute rest between - 50lbs barbell
