How do I make gains in not having suicidal existential thoughts consume my mind?
>tfw you haven't lifted weights once in your life and you're still more aesthetic than 90% of /fit/
>Late night gym sesh on a fri night
>Only people in gym are the devoted few, super qt squat girl that is strong 9/10, a few massive dudes
>Benching 2pl8, will be PR at the time
>Struggle out last rep
>Miss the peg on right side when racking
>Barbell falls to right and weights come flying >Falls to left due to weight imbalance and weights come flying off

Being a good PUA and being fit is synonymous, must have a good balance.
All this cocoon bullshit is just an excuse to stay socially inept.
Do you guys have strategies to get your gf to go to the gym with you?
My current gf has a little too much belly fat. I'm shitlording her when she eats candy and I'm trying to get her to go jogging or do squats with me but she's passively resisting.
Anyone have ideas?
Bringing your girlfriend to the gym the literally the kuckiest thing you can do.
>tfw apple body shape
Can the squats meme save me yet or should I just kill myself? The holiday season is ripe for suicides anyway so the timing is right
Anybody know a simple cardio workout I could do to lose weight 'n shit?
New to /fit/ please don't kill me guys
this is what I used. Lost about fifty pounds with good diet though. It assumes you have never ran before and builds you up.
Also, sprint the last 30 seconds of the last set and do some swimming every now and again
I've ran a bit before, but I just kinda' said "FUCK IT" And gained some weight
Fucking really? I thought lifting was all muscle development, then again almost every workout whatsoever is muscle development, but it was more focused than cardio
Hey /fit, what is my basement gym missing?
is it possible to fix buttwink?
I can not do squat or dl, because my back is rounded when I am low.
if it is genetic, what can be done?
>u mirin my 3rd meal of the day?
Why even try? There's really no point OP
Since its getting close to the new year, I'm slowing down my powerlifting routine, and focusing more on bodybuilding. How can I change my routine to focus more on bodybuilding?
In powerlifting I focused on compound movements such as OHP and deadlift, should I drop those and work on isolation exercises? Also, should I drop creatine? I used to max out around twice a week, should I stop maxing out all together?
In return for help, I can answer any powerlifting questions anyone has.
I don't think I'm flexible enough to pull up a bar with weights and keep my back neutral. How can I increase my flexibility for deadlifting? I'd like to start but I'm 80% sure I'm going to seriously injured myself if I don't improve my flexibility.
Thank you in advance.
I've been doing Strong Lifts 5x5 for a while but want to add in some cardio.
Can I run Couch to 5K concurrently with SL or would I be better just doing some light cardio on machines after lifting sessions?
You lift three times a week. You do three exercises each time you're there. You do 9 lifts per week. You probably spend 3 hours a week out of god knows how many.
Why on earth wouldn't you be able to some cardio on the other 4 days that you're off? Of course you can, even light cardio for 10min post workout is fine as long as you make up for the calories burnt.
How to add definition between the shoulders and bicep?
