>TFW still can't bench 1pl8
>liftan for 6 months
Not OP, but I had to deal with these same feels for a year being an obese man with no muscle mass at all.
Stay strong OP, one day it'll be your turn to bulk and make it brah, I did.
Why aren't you thicc yet /fit/?
What's your excuse little man?
>implying you're thicc
how has your sex life benefited from being fit? how do women react? advice on how to be better in bed? best sex so far?
women absolutely love being lifted and thrown around. Basically everything that makes them feel small and weak makes them wet
best sex was with a 36 years old milf. She was so involved and responsive, it was plain fun and felt so fucking incredible for the both of us
Went from having a steady gf who loved me to being single and unable to get laid
Man, the gf was special. She loved anal and was super submissive, worked out great with big tits and a nice round ass
I miss sex, it was fun
Why did you have to remind me, faggot?
Is vitamin d3 the single best supplement you can take?
test+happiness+bone health+immune health+gainz=
Do you think triggering an autologous secretion in the skin is more physiological/efficient than digestively taking vitamin D?
>tfw you will never look masculine if you have a long narrow face shape, no matter how muscular you get
What's the point of all this work if your bone structure doomed you from the start
1 day out edition
Whats the worst supplement you ever bought? And what made it bad?
I'm drinking it now, it tastes like flour and water after adding milk
It was on sale but I regret it
Is there honestly any reason to not cruise on 250mg of test until you die?
172cm and 64kg. Am I fat? I recently started working out.
What does your supplement stack look like? What are you considering and what would you recommend
Im considering magnesium and vitamin D3, anyone got input?
> whey protein
> fish oil
> zinc & magnesium
> vitamin D3
> caffeine pills (only as preworkout on lifting days)
I used to get bizarre depressive mood swings, and taking Vitamin D3 regularly cut that shit right out.
Hey /fit/, can You recommend some triceps and Also shoulder exercises I can do at home?
>tfw no qt azn gf to nom on my arm
>tfw 26 and every qt is either a single mom or already taken
>tfw going to have to settle for an unwanted ham planet or raise someone's kid like a cuck
>tfw no gf
So I weigh 125, at 5'3.
My boyfriend of 6 years is threatening to end our relationship if I don't get down to 105 in three weeks because bitches be mirin' but I let myself go this year. I'm up for the challenge but is it possible? I'm willing to take the next 3 weeks off work if it is, as it is right now my activity level is a few hours of biking a day.
For equipment I have the aforementioned bike, a 25 pound kettle bell, a 15 pound dumbell, and various resistance bands.
>close grip bench
tfw you don't even have friends online who will reply to your threads
Has anyone tried MK-677? Is it really as good as it's made out to be or is it just a meme?
It's hard to say what the effects on LBM, strength, and recovery are, as they're subtle if they exist. One definite effect is that it makes you super hungry. This is legitimately useful if you're bulking and have trouble eating enough.
Why do manlets go to the gym? Are you hoping if you workout and gain muscles you can fight your garbage genetics and girls will be attracted to you? Can you manlets explain why you do this?
>board is called "Fitness"
>maybe 10% of this board does Cardio regularly
Why don't you want a healthier Lungs, heart, less stress, better breathing, and more energy?
In a different way. I can't be bothered looking for the articles but basically "cardio" cardio works your cardiovascular system in a different way compared to lifting cardio.
If you want to get the majority of the health benefits you need regular cardio.

Got any goals you're building toward?
I'm trying to get to running 10k. I ran 5 miles on Friday.
So should I run like 4.5 miles normally and have my long runs as 5 miles? And only increase my long runs?
Like this week I'd run maybe 1 5k trying to be fast, 2 regular 4.5 mile runs, and then 5 mile long run And I'd increase the long run miles by half a mile every week?
I started c2k earlier this year and combined with eating a bit better, i've gone down from 200lbs to 170 and I'm now managing to run 5K in less than 30 minutes 3 times a week, which I know isn't a record pace but i'm also quite asthmatic so i'm pretty happy about it.
Should I start increasing how many times a week I run? I usually do a day on a day off that averages to around 3 times a week, and I'm just worried about over doing it and injuring myself. I already damaged my leg and didn't run from April-June earlier this year.
Alright so I'm skelly as fuck and like 140 pounds with a metabolism faster than a jiggaboo on a stolen bike. I'm looking in to getting a gym membership and bulk up but I'm not going to know what the fuck I'm talking about and I'm afraid I'll get played. Are there and red flags I should be looking for when I apply? Thanks /fit/
Could you guys post approximate stats you had by the time you jumped off SS/SL? please?

Note that not fapping is NOT enough for most people. An average "reset" involves 90 days of no PMO (Porn, Masturbation, Orgasm). Some people have wet dreams, some don't. That's OK and DOESN'T mean you have failed. Wet dreams can happen anytime within the first 2-3 weeks, and should stop after 2-3 months.

How was your training today? Are you looking to get stuck into the best and most interesting of the strength sports? This is the thread for you
I did front squats up to a 300lb single, 12x200lb axle push press and 3x10 pullovers with 110lb
Ctrl-f no routine thread so this is it, rate and hate.
Incline dumbbell press
I'm a beginner, goals are bench pressing my weight and squatting double. Also doing ten reps of chinups would be nice. What should I add/remove? Mentioning I don't do deadlifts because of lower back problems.
Old one's dead
Keep the bullshit below
It's all about them dere squats edition xD
Why aren't you reading the greatest manga that has ever graced /fit/ness & health?
