I recently purchase a caliper and used the 7 site method. I entered it online and it said I got 26% bf. I think that's quite high. I thought I would be at 22%. I then tried the technique (Suprailiac) given with the Accu-Measure, I also got 26%. Am I measuring wrong, what do you think?
Are you measuring yourself with one designed for another person to operate it? Did you buy one with a pressure gauge to tell you when you're applying the right amount of squeezing force? Mine consistently underestimates me by 3-5%. It says I am 8%, withings scale says I'm 14%, handheld monitors say 9%... visual estimation tells me I'm around 13%.
Protip - its just a fucking number, what matters is that its precise not accurate. If it tells you you're at 26% it doesn't mean anything. What does matter is if it tells you 27% next week, then 28% the...

Hey fit, I have a question, is it ok if I eat like eggs everyday after gym or do I have to change the source of protien everyday after I come home from gym, example:
Day 1: Eggs, milk
Day 2: Greek yogurt, milk
Day 3: Mixed nuts, milk
Day 4: Cottage cheese, milk
Day 5: Eggs, milk
and continue the same routine

Did a lot of drinking the last few days and no lifting. Now I feel like shit and hate myself. Help motivate me to go to the gym. Finally not hungover and no reason to drink for a few weeks now.
I know those feels. Drinking completely derails me from being active and working out. Just quit all together and replace that time with lifting and cardio makes you feel so much better too.

I'm a terrible cook, I cook almost every night so that I've got dinner and then lunch for the next day. However I almost always dread lunch because I just can't cook for shit and thus it tastes like shit. Because of that I rarely finish my lunch and toss it in the freezer after I come home eating the rest on the weekends.
