Anybody ever run German Volume Training? Been eyeing that six week 10x10 routine, looks pretty fun.
Yeah, I've run it before. Had to use C4 pre workout to get through it but it was worth it, got some pretty impressive gains out of it

For me it was like the holy grail. gained muscle like crazy and lost fat also.
also 10+10 squats and stuff was basically cardio for me. My resting heart rate went from arround 80 to 65ish
I'm pretty sure I overtrained though, felt like shit during the end. Actually ended up noch going to the gym for a few months after.

Anyone? Squats don't even come close to training this muscle group the same way. Sure, there's some minor stabilization going on there, but I'm looking to train these muscles disproportionately.

well its really just water, caffeine and sweeteners. not bad at all, in fact caffeine has recently been proven to be pretty beneficial. Its like anything really, fine in moderation
ive been lurking /fit since 2013 and I've recently noticed a massive change. I used to come here to get motivation to lift and improve myself but the board culture has completely shifted from "we're all gonna make it" to a bunch of autistic betas complaining about literally everything.
