Lifting is one of the few things in my life I don't do this with. I suppose like any habit you can fall out of it and starting again can be difficult but the comfort in lifting is I know if I eat well and do my routine without skipping, there will be results. It might not be immediate but it will happen. There's no variables, no chance of failure, no chance I won't see the results of my hard work.
I wish everything in life worked like that.
What /fit/ products is Santa bringing you for Christmas this year?

So In early November I started getting Dandruff in my hair, and I have never had it in my entire life and I was wondering what the heck could be causing it. I thought maybe it was the weather but ive lived here in Chicago my entire life. I shampoo 2-3 times a week so I dont overdue it, I do the same thing I always do, and this makes me incredibly insecure. Now I just recently thought it could perhaps be supplements because around that time, I started...

Any more tipps?

What is gluten and should I worry about it? It seems it came from nowhere to now people rage over it for being in their food.
It's a wheat protein that has binding properties in dough. Some people are allergic to it and it is removed for those people, often for that reason it is often compensated with added fat or sugar. Can't do you a bit of harm.
This is a question for dudes with a fair amount of experience under their belts.
Whats the one thing you did or changes (besides roids) that you really felt boosted your gains? Try to be specific
