Sup fit, told you guys 6 months ago that I would post today to show progress and I went nowhere. Basically I kept on being too aggressive with lifts and kept injuring my back and had to take breaks for it to heal. Nonetheless, here I am.
Is bread (white, wheat, etc.) the shittiest food of all time?
It has a laughable amount of nutrition, a ridiculous and unneeded level of carbs that mostly just convert to fat.
How does any self-respecting person eat this crap?

I've never seen a thread where we determine the width of our shoulders on /fit/, so let's do it!
Hold your phone under snug under your chin, stand 5-10 feet back from a mirror, stand up tall, arms at your sides and use the video function of your phone to take a snapshot.
Divide the apparent width of your shoulders by that of your phone and multiply by the known width of your phone, which for an Iphone is around 5 inches, a bit more with a case.

Help me brahs. Due to work and uni I can go to the gym only 3 days a week. Which 3 days program can you recommend me?
I just graduated from neetdom as a donation attendant, in a semi outdoor space where people drive up and give clothes/whatever. the only problem is the workers take this as an opportunity to smoke while staying warm, so i have to breath secondhand smoke all day. will this affect my health, and more importantly my gains?

There is a girl I want to ask out but my body is shit. I'm skinnyfat with most fat on my love handles, ass and legs and I have wide hips so i look really bad. I think I may look decent next winter only but should I wait, or should I say fuck it and ask my crush out? How important is a good night's sleep, fit? I have to get up at 5:45-ish every morning, so to get 8 hours like everyone seems to suggest I'd have to go to bed at 9:45, which honestly feels like I'd be wasting a good chunk of my evening. (I enjoy watching stuff on my phone as I fall asleep but that often keeps me up to at least 11.)
Is a lack of sleep really gonna result in nogainz and messed up metabolism, even though I feel fine upon waking up with my current schedule (no energy drinks, coffee, etc. necessary)?

Hi Fit, Im 90kg (200 lbs) and 178 cm (5 foot 11), Ive been doing SS for 5 weeks and my stats are for 3 x 5 (including weight of bar)
