For the past few years, I've noticed a pattern in my feelings.

youre not gonna fix 20 years of shitty posture by stretching a few minutes a day and the most effective way to fix it is fixing the cause (slouching and sitting 247), not the problem(stretching). seriously, just start having good posture and get your squat to 405

Hey /fit/. So I love overhead press, however, it's the exercise i've injured myself the most on and it's always the same thing that happens, a rhomboid strain I believe. I'll be going along and i'll tweak something somehow and next thing you know I can't turn my neck without pain for like 3 days. I realize it's probably bad form but i was wondering if any of you knew how this particular injury happens when doing overhead press. Thanks

Constantly teased for my weight, 6'0 115lbs
My dad is a nutritionist and from what he told me (what foods were ideal etc) this is what I came up with for a mealplan, i.e. i'll eat the same things everyday:
- Omelette with 5 eggs
- 1 bowl of 100g of Jordans nature
- 4 toasts with jam and butter
- 1 shake of 1L full milk, 1 tablespoon of PB, 1 scoop of ON chocolate whey, and 200g of oats
- 2 chicken breasts with 1 broccoli
- 2 yoghurts for desert (can't find greek yoghurt to save my life)
- 200g of pork
- Salad with chunks of lard
- 4 bananas
- Another shake
Forgot to say that I've been doing SS for three months
DL is 80kg
Squat is 60kg
Bench is 55kg
Haven't OHP'd yet
First, I don't think you'll be able to eat all that. Second, that seems boring as shit and if you can manage to eat it all you will want to change after a week. Third I'm pretty sure that's more than 4000 kcal.
Breakfast alone: 5 eggs is about 350 kcal without taking into consideration the oil used to fry them. 4 slices of white bread is roughly 100 kcal per slice so 400 plus jam and butter. The muesli is like 350 and the milk is about 600. Then your Pb and whey and oats in the shake I'm sure you're pushing half your daily calories already....

went once to my home town gym, it's pretty tiny and pretty packed with big guys at my age.
everyone was nice, helped me with form and shit.
yet i'm scared of not being able to workout because there might be a guy at the squat rack squatting 3pl8 or whatever.
For christmas I think I want some lifting shoes.
What should I look for? Can anyone recommend a pair in particular?
