Femanon here, the left side of my body is noticeably fatter than the right side. I can see it in my stomach, my tit, and even my jawline and face. It legit makes my face look slightly crooked. A Google search only turned up skinny fats giving their anecdotal reasoning. Does anyone know how common this is, will it eventually balance out after I stop cutting, or is there anything that can be done about it?

For me, I have no idea what I'd be if I never came across this site. Even though it sounds weird, this site is the reason I became /fit/ and a more nicer/sociable guy in general. It feels strange looking back at my first visit to /b/, not knowing the changes that would take place in the following years. So I guess it's been mostly positive for me.
so do tell me why it is that everyone feels the need to use all this shitty gym equipment and artificial preteens to gain muscle/fitness/strength? has the whole world become so incapable of becoming stronger on their own. i have always been taught to much success that the only way to get stronger is to push yourself, and ensure you eat enough (healthy food) to supply your energy need. and as a result i have always been batting above everyone i see at the gym and taking their pussy steroids or preteen supplements if you will. i start my day with a raw egg 100 push ups 100 situps...

assuming you want to lose weight, you need to find out what your TDEE is and eat bellow that (by 300kcal or so, idk).
i'd avoid a typical routine like starting strength as a girl, maybe something that does lower body twice a week, upper bod once a week and cardio rest of the days

Sure, dumbbell press is a thing. Arguably, they work your stabilizers and activate your pecs a little better than a barbell. Plus, you don't have to do the "roll of shame" if you fail a rep.
Where can I find some relatively simple, healthy and tasty recipes?
I am struggling so hard with arm gains. Everything else I'm making mad gains with, it's just arms.
