Guys i love pancakes. How do i eat pancakes on a cut without cutting becoming hard?
I have similar problem. I dont love them but i like them. I solved by using stevia sugar insted of normal sugar in the recipe and by adding some whey protein to the recipe ( maple syrup flavored 80% bought on gonutrition) and the taste is really good. Just do a few tries to get the right amount of stevia and proteins

Doing SS with accessories for almost 4 months now. Making good gains but I'm beginning to stall out and deloading won't help anymore. Eating around 3700 kcal per day and sleep around 8 hours every night aswell.

Watch football (soccer) and look at the guys faces then look at the crowd, even the unattractive footballers usually look better than the normal guys in the crowd thanks to their low body fat.

Does anyone have any anecdotes from old bodybuilders/powerlifters? I've heard that Serge Nubret had healthy joints because he lifted light weights. Ronnie Coleman on the other hand went heavy and he has a hip replacement. Steroids and other PEDs can also make the situation better or worse.

I'm too self conscious to exercise at the gym, even outside my house. I feel like as soon as I enter the gym or go outside for a run, everyone is just going to start looking at me and think about what a retard I am and how I'm doing things wrong.
I keep getting fatter and I don't want this to continue. I wish I can just switch off my brain while working out, just go completely numb. Then when I'm done go back to normal. I feel like it's too much for me to handle
How about earphones? Listen to some heavy fucking metal and wear a hoodie.

My shoulder's fucked up, yo! But I don't know why.
Two weeks ago my clavicle started hurting (bad posture when writing an essay), in a few days it was better and I was benching again (OHP was still out of question) and it was healing fine.
Yesterday it was basically almost gone, but, after spending the evening and the night in front of the computer, when I went to bed it was sort of uncomfortable again, sharp pain as if your nerve hurts.
This morning a fucking awful pain woke me up out of the blue for no reason whatsoever, the clavicle hurts more than before and what's more, my shoulder joint hurts as if it was grinding against two concrete walls anytime I move it.
I wasn't in the gym yesterday nor did I do anything that would put strain on my shoulder or clavicle. I was in the gym on Friday and Thursday, benching both days but it was all fine, the clavicle didn't hurt.
I googled the symptoms and there was something about cold shoulder, but that's supposed to take years to develop, this appeared out of the blue. Nor does it seem to be tendonitis.
Also, supinating, pronation and rotation of the wrist eases the pain too.
tldr: shoulder's fucked without reason help
