So I've recently started working out and exercising more, I'm currently at 5ft 10 and 214 lbs, I work out almost everyday for a minimum of about 1 hour and 20 mintes, and Ivery made major changes to my diet (mostly a decrease of calories, a major decrease in sugar, and a major increase in protein, I can tell that I'm getting physically stronger but I'm not dripping any weight( it fluctuates between 212 and 214. I'm assuming I'm doing something majorly wrong. Can anyone help?

Then fucking get hit real hard yesterday in a basketball game and get a stage 2 AC separation, so I have to sit out from ball and any upper body stuff at the gym for 2-4 weeks. Fuck this shit. I know it's not as bad as some people get it, but man injuries are so fucking awful to deal with, especially when it wasn't really my fault to begin with

As far as diet goes, I've tried clean and dirty bulking, actually got slightly better results on the dirty bulk. Didn't put on one pound during the clean; lots of rice, beans, oats, pasta etc

This is me squatting. I just started working out but squats, deadlifts and rows hurts my back (you can see how much it rounds before hitting parallel). Is this a form problem or a flexibility problem? If it's flexibility, what do you think it could be the problem? I already stretch daily ankles, quads and hip flexors.

I've been doing 15 sets of calves per week for 1.5 years but no growth.
I come from a elite tribe of long-distance runners and we are slight by nature but I thought I could beast mode my way to bigger calves.
They've been stuck at 12 inches for the entire time.
Not to be johnny raincloud here but I've tried all kinds of set and rep schemes with all kinds of weights for years now with little to no growth. I'm not the type to claim MUH GENETICS and I'm gonna keep training them but I'm starting to believe some people just might not be able to put mass, but only gain strength in their calves. Fuck, masT doesn't even have massive calves.
Why do I get headaches from Sit ups and is there anything I can do to stop this madness?
