Broke my ankle skateboarding (been doing it since I was in 5th grade). You guys got any advice on how I can stay relatively active while I heal?
Cystic acne here /fit/. I've been doing research and some people say you should avoid gluten and dairy to cure acne.
Please tell me I don't have to go paleo to fix this. I can't fucking live off of berries, sweet potatoes and cold cuts straight out of the package. And GOMAD is the only thing that's been saving me from skellymode.
Why do so many people say that running is bad for your joint and that you should mostly do cycling and the other faggy machine with the handles that makes run without actually getting your leg offf the platform?
If running is so bad, how come there are 85 years old people that have run all their lives and are still regarded as the most healthy of individuals and can do marathons? Hell those people will probably live 20 years older than average.
Is it a ruse? What for?
/fit/ is too lazy to do cardio so they make excuses. No point in working out the most important muscle there is by doing cardio.

I'm looking for a supplement to help increase my performance and strength tremendously. But I refuse to take steroids, I would appreciate any advice given. I have my own proper nutrition. Just LF something close to a steroid to kick my shit into overdrive.
Creatine, added 15 lbs of muscle in 3 months, makes you bald though. And I used it in tandem with noob gains, so could have been a part of it.
Anyone who says it doesn't speed up balding is fucking delusional.

Why do Slavs get muscle and mass so fucking easly compared to other (Europeans) primarely? It's like God himself crafted Slavs at an anvil or some shit. The average Slav dude builds mass and muscle faster, better and even when they don't lift they're more muscular than westerners
