Today I went 5x5 on squats, BP and incline BP and was too tired to do rows so I did some babyweight curls and skullcrshers and cable flys.
So, new year is coming. The time has come for all sorts of casuals to join your gym in order to lose some weight. Are you ready? Will you get irritated? Will you let them alternate with you at the bench press?

I complemented a friend at my birthday party two weeks ago that he was showing gains and he seemed uncomfortable and has not texted me since.
I said I noticed a big diffrence since last I saw him and asked him to flex so I could feel his muscles. He was visually uncomfortable after I asked so I didn't ask again and dropped the subject.
