dont fucking listen to this guy, intravaneous injection is FAST. when i went from 205 down to 165, i manage to somehow hit a vein during my insulin injection twice (2 different occasions) the first time i was stuck chasing my BS and eventually went to the er because i had enough sugar too the pooint of chasing that potential low that i was pale and throwing up. 2nd time i chased it more logically but now DO NOT inject in my arms, i would do IM only if you really want to go that route, but rotating sites can also...

i assume that's your left leg. in that case it would be your MCL. take time off squating and let it heal. then drop weight learn to squat with proper form (push knees out, don't extend over toes, use hip drive instead relying solely on your quads) and squat with proper gear (oly shoes or at least 10lbs plates under your heels)

Why should I do power cleans instead of rows on SS?

Hell your clean will pretty much always be stronger than your press so you could always clean the bar off the floor for every rep of your press and get the clean in that way.
