I forgot to mention that on Fridays and Saturdays on my "cheat weekend" I usually eat nothing but fast food and chips. So I'm getting LOTS of fat on those days, albeit bad fats, but fat. Would this make up for my low/no fat during the week?

i take a mass gainer to supplement my macro intake and i'm planning on switching from musclepharm to something else. anyone have any experience with TLabs Mass Gainer or a similar product?

Gainers work great. I use it to keep my caloric intake up and mix it with half n half to get even more calories. I'm still lean even while eating 3800 kcal / day.
I know that they're expensive, but are a godsendif you're taller and have a big TDEE.
