It's about balding, yeah, you might be sick of those threads as well. Thing is, I'm turning 20 in November yet my hair has thinned significantly over the last two years, since recently I experience irregular (form-wise) balding on my crown as well.
I do smoke. I do not eat healthy yet most certainly not unhealthy either. I only go swimming sporadically.

Male pattern baldness starts with a receding hairline. I guess there's some variation but if you're thinning on top before 20 you probably should've had a significantly receding hairline since your midteens or earlier if it's MPB.

I can only do about 5 full ROM pullups from dead hang
I can squat 220lbs for 5 reps
and deadlift 300lb for 3 reps
I want to get my deadlift from 300lb to 600lb ASAP
