A year ago I could barely leg press 4 plates (2 on each side) for 8 reps. I started squatting half a year later, and now I just did the leg press again and it's astonishing how easy the 4 plates were. I could have done easily 20+reps. Also, my legs have gotten so much bigger from squatting.
Squatting is not a meme exercise.
I did leg press before getting into squat, which I'm fairly new, I could do 100kg for 5x10 in the damn leg press, now I do 20kg/3x10 with zercher squats, the posture alone is far more difficult to master than the damn entire leg press itself, squat is like the king of legs, fuck the leg press.

Hey /fit/ I need some help. So I just got back from working out and my dad smelled my breath and said that it smelled like ammonia, which is a sign of kidney failure. Can anyone give me some insight about what the fuck is going on. I don't drink, I work out 5 times a week. I'm slightly overweight, around 20% BF, and my diet consists of protein and veggies mainly, around 100-120 grams a day. I drink a lot of water and have never smoked. What's going on???
