i think i just got hit with the ultimate gym troll today...i hit a pr 365 bench...took everything i had to get 1 struggle rep... i rack it back get up to drink water and a purple/red ugly juice head walks over hops on bench doesnt say a word and proceed to hit an easy set of 8 gets up walks off......kek wtf?! I just gotta give it up i was in shock for a min

Okay guys, I have really small quads. Don't really know if they're weak, because all my stregnth during squats etc. come from quads and glutes and hamstring. Never really tried working calfs, because I assumed they would just activiate.
So exercises that activate calf muscles?

It's almost entirely genetic.
I went from inactive 160lbs to active 225lbs and my calves are the same goddamn size.
Calves are the forearms of the legs
Dont listen to this fag, use the calf raise machine in your gym as often as you can. Make sure its high reps with moderate weight, and make every rep count, no bouncing bullshit. I have super small calves with high insertion, but after 1 month of religious calf work out I am finally seeing size and definition.

Do You really need incline bench?
although true that flat bench stimulates the entire pec, you can emphasize the higher or lower pecs with incline and decline movements respectively.
Guys who only flat bench tend to develop more bottom heavy chests, more boob like if you know what I mean. As a natural you will never get those extremely full pecs from top to bottom with great cleavage but you can definately alter benching angles to emphasize what you want in your chest.

Do push-ups AND abs give results without any weight lifting? I've beeing doing this for a week now and want to know if i'll need to start lifting.
