I've been on accutate for a while now and I think the skin around my anus has dried out because it's harder to wipe properly so I'll have to use a wet washcloth with soap otherwise I will literally smell like shit like a fucking indian.
It also itches like hell after I've taken a shit. Scared of hemorroids desu because of all these fucking squats and deads. Hope it's just another symptom of the medications

Do squats make you shorter? I've been hearing it does and not quite sure if it's a meme or not. I'm currently 6'0 and can't afford to lose a millimeter since by paper I will become a manlet ;_;
Assuming you care about appearing shorter half as much as actually being shorter; expect squats to make you look 5"10, for the same reason fat people look shorter. There is 0 difference between muscle and fat in a pair of jeans.

I have always been skinny fat (big belly and tights, skinny shoulders) so I started eating healthy and moving (running 3 times a week for starters). I lost about 15kg (but still skinny fat) and decided to start "lifting". I have no access and possibility to go to the gym so I got dumbbells with hangable weights (I will also get barbell in few months).
I started workout (I placed routine below) both with more planned diet (also below). I read through multiple articles, FAQs etc. while planning it but I still have some doubts.

Yes I am. As soon as I get more money I will get barbell but for now Im comfortable with dumbbells. It will sound funny to you because I am very very weak. Most of exercises from my list are done with 2x6kg dumbbells so about 12kg total. But I am progressing with about 2kg a week and I feel good about it so far.
