Hey /fit/ i have just made a full-body 3 timesxweek
after classic SS routine, so i would appreciate any advices, here is it:
mon: bench press, squat, OHP, pull ups, dips
wed:flyes, seated dumbell press,bi-curl,good morning, close grip bench
fry:dumbell press, deadlift, lateral raises,pull ups, dips
I dont do much leg training cuz thank to SS i already have strong and big legs...

No, i would do 3x8/10 on most lifts.
I just put a lift for each part of the body every day for example: on monday i would do bench press while on friday dumbell press, thats it. But im not sure if it makes sense...
I'm thinking about getting a pair of adidas galaxy 2 m for running. How bad is my choice? Any advice on other brand or model?

Low bodyfat and abs means nothing if you cannot bench 2pl8 like a man. Being ripped also means being strong.

Fat is lost _all over_, and the area you're most self conscious about is the part you're going to notice the changes last 'cause you're more critical.
Eat less, lift more, keep going.

First time on /fit/. Currently 5'8" 99lbs, >15% body fat. Wanting to gain muscle but I need to take in a lot more calories than I'm use to.Until I can eat large amounts of food I'm curious if there is non filling food with high calorie counts.

I intend to buy a power rack, a barbell, a bench, and weights. My only concern right now is that I am not sure I'll have enough room in my apartment, and having it in the living room may prove a problem.
It's a bit of an investment but it's comparable to a one-year subscription to an actual gym, all equipment included. So it's worth it. Now that I've been doing dumbbells for close to a year, I'm confident that I won't give up and so it's time to invest and get the right material.
